DESIGNER ARCHITECT’S ON-SITE SUPERVISION

  • Designer Architect’s on-site supervision ensures compliance of construction works with the design.

  • Design Architect’s on site supervision can be carried out in various ways – from advise during the construction phase to full supervision of all development phases. Scope of the suprevision and frequency of site visits are agreed individually for each project.

MATERIALS ORDER COORDINATION

  • Coordination of the works schedule to ensure their proper sequence and compliance with the interior design documentation.
  • Coordination of necessary purchases and deliveries of materials approved by the Investor as per the design at all stages of the investment development.

E-DESIGN

E- Design is a perfect solution for projects which need to be carried out remotely, either because they are overseas, or because it best suits the client in the current climate, or due to their own preference, timescales, etc. The whole process is managed via calls and online comunication / correspondence.

The final design documentation is sent via email. The Architect’s designer’s on site supervision can be agreed at the project’s stage for E-Design. We provide E-Design services throughout Poland, abroad, and overseas.

Thanks to this additional option of online design, you do not have to worry about the distance to our office or to the location of your house or apartment.
